GOENKAN QUIZ CLUB

GQC is established in the year 2015. A group of highly enthusiast quizzards of G. D. Goenka Public School, Siliguri and the Quiz Mentor Mr. Prasanta Chakrabarty initiated this venture. The journey began with a straight WIN over a local inter school quiz! And then GQC made it habit of winning almost every competitions - Local level, Regional Level, State Level or National Level. A member of GQC became the National Champion in 2020. Thus the journey continues and will continue! GQC will produce many more CHAMPIONS in coming years!        

Objectives

• The main objective of quiz club is to popularize quizzing activities among students and encourage them to take part in all competitive examination at state and central level.
   
• To instill our students the values of knowledge, wisdom and compassion to make them smart citizens.

• The vision is to provide quality education to the students and to make their acquired skill, knowledge and qualification relevant to global needs.

Mission

•  The mission of our club is to inculcate among the students positive thinking, human values and to create an ambiance for greater competitiveness, grooming varied skill and intellectual pursuits.

Steps to Achieve Aspiration

•  To promote quiz skills among our students by organizing more events which will be useful them for academic as well as career. 

•  To enable the youngsters to fight and win in the field of quizzing by sending them to participate in more External Quiz Events. 
  

• To enable the students acquire skills in quizzing by engage them not only with oral quiz and written quiz and also with the aid of video quiz and Power point Quiz activities.
